Learning Steps Activity Gym ReviewI have not seen any other product on the market with this type of design that really encourages baby to pull up to standing. I got this when she was 7 months old and just trying to pull up to standing. She is now 8 months and can pull to standing and take a couple of steps with this item. Like many items that help baby pull to standing it will tip over if you don't help hold one end down. However, you'd be there anyway to keep baby from falling so it's okay. I placed mine with one end next to a mirror so she could walk toward the baby in the mirror which has worked very well. The hand grips on the support rails are very useful. The buttons on tops that trigger the music are lots of fun for her. But the disc shaped toys that dangle down are annoying. They trigger a song every time they swing forward and another song when they swing backward so you wind up hearing a chaotic melody comprised only of the first couple notes of each song. It is important to note that each disc toy has 2 small screws in it which don't appear to be needed since they quickly fell out of one of the discs but the disc stayed together and I can't even pull it apart. I suggest just taking them out right from the start. For the price this item is great.
