At that time my stepdaughter had a one year old who would soon be climbing on too, so we thought it would get extra use. Well 2 years ago, I gave birth to boy/girl twins and now they love it too. Well granddaughter has a new baby brother so he will be next. Like I said, my son who is now 8 has had many friends over at once usually boys and we know how they can be. Its holding up like a champ! Considering the amount of toys children have today and the amount they either don't play with or get broken, this is well worth the investment.
