Not complicated but it does help if you have basic carpentry skills. I was very impressed with the quality of the hardware and lumber- and should last for many years. Takes a little bit longer than stated to assembly but, once set it is very sturdy. I gave the swings a try and my 200lb wweight does not shake or move the structure. Ensure that the ground is level and it is advisable to use the smallest stone chips/gravel as a base before you construct. This ensure that rain water drains away and provides an everyday surface- no mud to worry about if it rains.
