Double Take (Nancy Drew and the Clue Crew, No. 21) ReviewNancy Drew and her friends are detectives that calls themselves "The Clue Crew". Most of this story takes place at their school. In this adventure, the Clew Crew's friend Nadine is a big fan of Lula Rappaport, a famous teen pop star. She even got a rare Lula Rappaport Hoodie. Another kid named Antonio likes playing pranks on kids. He appeared at their lunch table where Nadine told the Clue Crew about her new Lula Hoodie Sweatshirt. Antonio heard them and pretended to trip and spill his whole lunch on her new Lula Rappaport Hoodie. Violet was a new kid in their class. She was a big Lula fan, also. Later after gym class, Violet saw Nadine's new Lula Hoodie and tried to buy it or borrow it for a day, but Nadine said no. Violet looked kind of depressed. When school was over and everyone was waiting for the bus, Nadine came running out to Nancy and the Clue Crew, telling them that her Hoodie was missing, and so someone must have stolen it. Diedre, another classmate and her friends formed a Klue Krew with K's and made it a contest, so whoever found the Hoodie first, would get to be the only detective group in their school. The next day Nancy and her Clue Crew tried looking for the Hoodie and a battle for finding clues begins. Antonio and Violet become the top suspects on Nancy's list. In the end the Clue Crew with "C"s proves that they are a better detective group than Diedre and her Klue Krew with "k"s. Nancy and the Clue Crew figure out that the Hoodie was not stolen, but it was thrown into another kids gym bag. I liked how the author wrote this book and I recommend this for you to read.Double Take (Nancy Drew and the Clue Crew, No. 21) Overview
